Our goal is to pass on the concept of the arts of body movement. We believe that fitness exercises are not just a series of physical exercises but a concept-based routine focusing the integration of body, mind, and spirit that promoting self-control, concentration, and well being.

SF Dance Therapy®

A unique fitness and rehabilitation program that specially designed by The Dance City. Its origins and influences lie in the disciplines of Dance, Yoga and Qi Gong.

SF Yoga

Designed to unite the mind and body, increase stamina, strengthen muscles and bones, and improve flexibility.


Pregnatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga provides an opportunity for pregnant women to enhance awareness of and confidence in pregnancy, labour and birth.

Pilates

Strengthens and tone muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, and creates more streamlined shapes.

Body Sculpting

Resistance training set to powerful and motivating music. Using light to moderate weights and sculpt the muscle of the body.

Stretching

Controlled breathing and stretching are held to ease muscle tension and stress and increase flexibility.


Jazz Exercise

A very popular class and it’s suitable for all ages. It involved with Jazz dance steps and a total body conditioning that will make you feel great and look terrific. Regular classes will help to increase cardiovascular fitness, burn off excess body fat and tone specific areas of the body.

Fit-Ball Balance

A fun, athletic and cardiovascular fit ball workout kills calories.
